This notice explains how Mekong Talent Solutions handles information submitted through this website.
Information we collect
We may also record campaign information from the link used to reach us, retaining those tags in session storage for the life of the tab. When you contact us or send an enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional company and phone, and message; an enquiry also records the service you are interested in and an optional team-size band. Quotation requests include company contact details and employee names, positions, tax residency, gross or net pay basis, salary, allowance, bonus, health insurance and custom monthly costs. Customer accounts include email-verification records and password hashes; we do not store plaintext passwords. Short-lived, hashed security records help prevent abuse and are not used for marketing.
Advertising measurement
Our homepage and contact page load the Google tag so that, when you reach us from a Google advertisement and then send an enquiry, Google can record that the advertisement led to an enquiry. The tag may store a first-party cookie for that purpose. We have switched off ad personalisation signals, so this measurement does not build advertising audiences, and the only enquiry detail shared is an anonymous message reference or quotation submission identifier, used to prevent double counting. Browser settings or content blockers that prevent the tag from loading do not affect the enquiry itself.
Visit counts
When you reach our homepage or contact page from a Google advertisement, we add one to a daily total grouped by campaign and by country; Cloudflare works out the country from your connection. If you then stay on the page for a moment, your browser reports that once more, so that we can tell real visits from automated traffic. These totals are not linked to you: for them we store no IP address, user agent, cookie or device or user identifier, and the Google click identifier in the link is not kept. We look at the browser type only to leave out crawlers and scripts. To avoid counting a reload twice, your browser may keep a short code in session storage for the life of the tab.
How we use it
We use contact messages to respond to your questions, and account and employee cost information to review requests, prepare quotations and administer agreed services. We do not use this information to make automated employment decisions. Only submit employee information you are authorized to share, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information in contact messages.
Sharing and service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores application records. Resend delivers account and business emails. Authorized team members access information to handle requests and services. Information may also be shared where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate business and security interests.
Cookies and local data
Essential secure cookies support sign-in, email verification and protection against forged requests. Quotation details remain in page memory while you complete the form; they are not automatically saved in browser storage. You can deliberately download a copy. Closing or refreshing the page may lose unsaved details.
Retention and security
We retain contact, account and employee information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and apply appropriate administrative and technical safeguards. Short-lived anti-abuse records expire automatically, and contact messages and historical enquiries can be deleted from the owner area when no longer required. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete contact, account or employee information, or to stop non-essential communications. Contracted clients receive additional privacy and data-handling terms appropriate to the services provided.
